A truck that caught fire on Auckland's Southern motorway is being towed and debris cleared from the road.

Emergency services were called to the fire, before the Ramarama off-ramp, just after 1pm on Wednesday.
There are no reports of injuries. Significant road damage was being assessed, Waka Kotahi said.
The northbound left lane is open past the scene, while the right lane will remain closed overnight.
Waka Kotahi is still advising drivers to exit at Razorback Road, and detour via Great South Rd and Ararimu Road, to rejoin the motorway at Ramarama.
