Easy healthy carbonara - serves 3
Savoy Cabbage
Spaghetti
3 rashers of bacon
2 garlic cloves
1 leek
2 eggs
Parmesan
Salt
Pepper
Slice 5 leaves of cabbage into thin strips
Measure out equal parts spaghetti to cabbage
Boil water in a pan and add the spaghetti and cabbage together
Crush the garlic, thinly slice the leeks, cut the bacon into small pieces, fry together in a pan until the leeks are soft and the bacon is browned
Drain the cabbage and spaghetti, mix with the leek and bacon mixture.
Whisk the eggs together in a mug, add salt and pepper
Mix everything together, serve into bowls and grate parmesan over the top
