Half Shell Mussels With Garlic Butter On The Grill
Ingredients
- 800gm mussels, steamed open and top shell removed
- 150g softened butter
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp of fresh Italian parsly
- flaky sea salt and cracked pepper
Method
Mix together the butter, garlic and parsly.
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Place half shell mussels on to a suitable baking dish.
Spoon mixture on top of mussels.
Bake for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from oven and place on a serving dish.
Spoon any juice over the mussels.
Sprinkle with Italian parsley and salt and pepper.
