Multi-purpose Marinade for Meat

(Learnt from a Thai Chef. Jacob says it's really simple and all-purpose. Use on baby squid, a whole pork belly, chicken butterflied.)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oyster sauce (Lee Kum Kee brand if possible)
  • 5 cloves of fresh crushed garlic
  • 1 dessertspoon of cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp of chilli flakes
