Rhubarb and Orange Jam

Cut 3 kg rhubarb and 8 sweet oranges into 2 cm pieces.

Combine and cover with 4 kg sugar. Allow to stand for 2 nights, then boil for about 1 hour until setting point is reached when tested on a cold saucer.

Bottle in warm sterile jars.
