• Free range chicken
• homemade chorizo
• shaved ham
• Italian salami
• jerk bbq sauce from Jamaica (it can be found in all good supermarkets)

The Roaring Stag

• Cured Wild West coast venison
• Spinach
• Grana Padano cheese (from Italy.)

Tomato sauce

• Peeled Italian tomatoes (a tin works well)
• Fresh basil
• Extra virgin olive oil

Mozzarella

Method

Put sauce, toppings and cheese on a stretched pizza base.

Cook pizza for around 2 minutes in a 370 degree oven.
