Sweet Petite Cos Salad
Ingredients
- 2-3 sweet petite cos lettuce
- 2 tbsp Caesar dressing
- 3 strips bacon (grilled)
- 2 eggs poached (or hard boiled)
- anchovies (optional)
- croutons
- Parmesan cheese
Method
Chop the sweet petite cos into bite size pieces.
Toss with Caesar dressing and bacon.
Place poached eggs on the side.
Top with anchovies, croutons and parmesan cheese.
Serve.
