Hans Zimmer has written music for some of the biggest blockbuster films of our time - including ‘Thelma & Louise’, ‘Gladiator’, ‘The Pirates of the Caribbean’ and ‘Batman’ franchise, and ‘The Lion King’, for which he won an Academy Award. He’s coming to New Zealand in April, with a band and an orchestra – 70 musicians in total, who will play some of the most iconic film music of the last 25 years. Zimmer spoke to NZ film composer Rhian Sheehan, ahead of the Auckland leg of 'Hans Zimmer Revealed', his live concert experience.
