We continue our Tuesday Proms matinees with Beethoven, Shostakovich & Rachmaninov lead by American conductor Karina Canellakis and featuring cellist Alisa Weilerstein playing Shostakovich’s first cello concerto. The concert also features the UK premiere of Andrew Norman’s Spiral, and Rachmaninov’s final work Symphonic Dances.
