International choral conductor and composer David Childs is back home to adjudicate this year’s Big Sing. The former University of Canterbury student began his first choir as a teenager and hasn't stopped since.

In addition to a hectic composing schedule, David is President and Artistic Director of Vox Humana, a professional choir of 24 singers drawn from all over the United States.
He talks about working at the top level as a composer and conductor and how the US choral scene has given him so many opportunities.
