The unique concept is a melding of electronic dance music and hip-hop with the sound of a full symphony orchestra and an immersive light, laser and visual spectacle; it consistently plays to sell-out shows.

Upbeat caught up with Synthony co-founder and producer Erika Amoore, and music arranger Ryan Youens to talk about the bringing together of these two different worlds and the success they've had with the concept.
Synthony begins its Summer Tour on December 12th at Claudelands Arena, Hamilton.
