Papua New Guinea's former State Solicitor, Isikel Mesulam, has been found guilty of possessing a pornographic video tape depicting his now-estranged wife having sex with him and other men in Port Moresby.
The Waigani District Court has found Mesulam guilty and has adjourned the case until next week for sentencing.
He had pleaded not guilty and says he will file an appeal in the National Court.
Mesulam said the charges were politically motivated to stop him occupying influential positions.
He was arrested after his now-estranged wife took his video camera with the tape inside it to police following the last filming session in 2003.
