The opposition Samoa Democratic United Party has unanimously re-appointed Le Mamea Ropati as its leader.
Asiata Saleimoa Va'ai, was also reappointed as deputy leader.
The appointments were made during the party's first official meeting since their devastating loss during the general elections last month.
The SDUP has ten seats in the new Parliament.
Le Mamea told the Samoa Observer that at their first meeting they discussed the future of the party and how to approach the next Parliamentary term.
