The Samoa Rugby Union says the next Manu Samoa coach needs to take the team up a level and have them challenging for semi finals and finals at World Cups.
The Union is advertising the positions of head coach, assistant coaches and team manager following the teams exit from the Rugby World Cup last month.
Su'a Peter Schuster says the Board decided to advertise the coaching and managers positions following the teams failure to make the quarter finals at the World Cup.
The appointments are initially for two years but he says the new coaches will be expected to build a team capable of making the semi finals of the next World Cup in England.
Su'a says World Cup coach Fuimaono Titimaea Tafua is welcome to reapply.
