The Tonga Amateur Boxing Association has endorsed the selection of a strong boxing contingent for this month's Oceania Championship in Canberra.
The event doubles as the final Oceania qualifying event for the London Olympics.
The team will be led by current Oceania Superheavyweight Champion and Commonwealth Games bronze medallist Uaine Fa.
Also included is Lomalito Moala, Us-based Filipe Tau'aika, Tevita Saimone Pomale, Sosefo Falekaono and Mateaki Taumalolo.
Head Coach Lolo Heimuli says the team has been training hard in camp since December.
The Tonga Sports Association and National Olympic Committee Secretary General, Takitoa Taumoepeau, says they have high hopes for their boxing contingent.
