In American Samoa, the man believed to have been the driver of the car from which shots were fired at the Leone police substation last year was charged in the District Court yesterday.
Mosegi Solia is the last of four men to be charged in relation to the shooting of the substation while it was occupied by two police officers in the early morning hours of 1 November.
Mr Solia is facing two counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree assault and conspiracy to commit property damage in the first degree.
According to court affidavits Mosegi Solia was the driver and it was also his car that the four men used during the drive by shooting of the substation.
The other three Manu Lefatia, Tuliese Taliu and Sinapati Tuufaanatu have already been charged.
It's taken police more than two weeks to find Mr Solia.
In court yesterday, Solia pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
