The court hearing for Nauru's Roland Kun has again been delayed after the Nauru government refused to waive certain formalities for the opposition MP's overseas lawyer.

Mr Kun is fighting to get his passport back after the Government cancelled it a month ago in the wake of anti-Government protests.
A lawyer from Australia arrived in Nauru at the weekend after she was granted a visa and was set to represent Mr Kun today.
He has been forced apart from his family in New Zealand because he has no travel document.
Mr Kun had asked if the gazetting requirements for admission to the Nauru Bar could be waived for the lawyer who is acting for him for free.
The case has been listed again for tomorrow and Mr Kun has yet to decide whether to go ahead represented by his pleader, who is not a qualified lawyer.
There have been several delays in the case over the last month and Mr Kun says he has been hampered by not having a lawyer.
