A Chinese website is advertising houses for sale in Palau complete with a range of benefits including the right to live in the Pacific island nation for up to 99 years.

The Island Times reported that the advertisement offers a Palau Residence Permit as well as direct access to the US after one to two years.
The ad also offered an easy visa application process from Palau to other countries including Japan, South Korea, the Philippines and Taiwan.
Other benefits touted include the Palau-China Chamber of Commerce handling rental properties for foreign owners, offering returns of 15 to 20 percent.
