Guam's Catholic Church is now facing more than 200 claims of historic sexual abuse.
The latest lawsuit accuses a priest of abusing a young boy over two years from 1973 to 1975.
The accused priest is Father Louis Brouillard, who is accused in more than 100 of the lawsuits.
Brouillard was stationed on Guam from 1948 until the Catholic Church relocated him to Minnesota in 1981.
Before his death in 2018, he admitted to being a paedophile.
The Catholic Church on Guam has sought bankruptcy protection in order to pay settlements.
