PNG to host head of International Labour Organization

A director-general of the International Labour Organization will visit Papua New Guinea for the first time this week.

Guy Ryder will be in the region for the Pacific's high-level forum on climate change and decent work starting on Thursday.

The forum will discuss climate action and the future of work in the Pacific, and how to ensure a just transition to an environmentally sustainable world of work.
