Some internal flights have restarted in New Caledonia after a four-week lockdown over a Covid-19 community outbreak ended last week.

Air Caledonie has resumed services from Noumea to Ouvea and Isle of Pines but won't fly to Lifou and Mare before Friday.

The latest Covid-19 test results showed no new cases, leaving the tally at 121.

63 of them were recorded since 7 March when the discovery of a first cluster of cases in the community prompted an immediate shutdown of public life for almost a month.
