Little progress in move from swamped Bougainville atolls

From , 6:02 am on 5 November 2018

The Carterets are remote low lying atolls off Bougainville and for many years have been faced with the impact of climate change swamping them.

A non-government organisation in Bougainville, Tulele Piesa, has for a number of years being attempting to move families to land made available by the Catholic Church at Tinputz on the main island.

Tulele Peisa is led by Ursula Rakova who told Don Wiseman about the progress they are making.
