A West Papuan human rights defender and researcher has called for more Pacific islands countries to speak up internationally about human rights in her homeland.
Rosa Moiwend has been in New Zealand this week, updating people on the rights problems in Papua, as well as Indonesia's development drive in the remote Melanesian region.
She told Johnny Blades it's important that Pacific Forum countries keep pushing to help West Papuans.
