Pacific Island nations are demanding answers at the Rugby World Cup, complaining their players are receiving stiff punishments while other teams get away with more serious offences.

Two Samoan players have been suspended for dangerous tackles in Japan, while Tonga and Fiji believe officials overlooked acts of foul play against their teams that could have changed the outcome of their games.
