Tonga is taking steps to ensure it won't experience another internet shut down after an undersea cable was severed last summer.
A police inquiry has since concluded there was no foul play when the oil tanker Duzgit Venture broke the cable with a dragging anchor.
Don Wiseman spoke with our correspondent in Tonga, Kalafi Moala, and began by asking him to recap the communications disaster that befell the country on 24 January.
