AUKUS submarine deal angers China

A New Zealand geopolitical analyst says the AUKUS submarine deal could turn into a "self-fulfilling prophecy" for conflict. In a deal with the US and UK, Australia has agreed to acquire a fleet of nuclear-powered submarines, forecast to cost up to $368 billion Australian dollars through to the mid-2050s.
