New Zealand's budget for Pacific peoples has been reduced from about $116.2 million New Zealand dollars last year to $90.2 million this year.
Pacific Peoples minister, Dr Shane Reti says funding has to be re-prioritised to tangle outcomes in housing, economic development, education, employment and health.
RNZ Pacific's Caleb Fotheringham asked the Minister how that works when funding for Pacific peoples is slashed by about $26 million dollars.
