Niue is on the verge of becoming the first Pacific Island to eliminate Hepatitis.
It's being made by possible through a joint initiative between Niue's health department and an NGO, the Global Health New Zealand.
As World Hepatitis Day approaches this Sunday (28 July), Niue is awaiting validation from the World Health Organisation to mark the historic milestone.
