Cook Islands travel bubble with New Zealand to open this month

From Pacific Waves

The Cook Islands travel bubble is due to open on May the 17th - subject to a final set of criteria being met.

The announcement was made by the prime ministers of both countries - Jacinda Ardern and Mark Brown - on Monday afternoon.

It means people will be able to travel between the two countries quarantine free.

Our reporter Jamie Tahana has the details.
