Alan Perrott and John Baker compiled a 12 inch Double LP with a collection of the best soul, funk and disco from New Zealand in between 1973 and 1983.
It's called Heed the Call: Whakarongo, Nga Tamariki.

The double LP came out at the start of December. There are just 1000 copies for sale, but it is also available on CD.
