Slow Fish movement starts in Wellington

Two Wellington restaurants have teamed up to start a "slow fish" movement, encouraging diners to consider where their fish has come from and it its part of a sustainable catch programme. 

Chef Max Gordy of Hillside Kitchen talks to Jesse about getting involved with the international campaign and what the message he wants to spread to diners.
