The 'Austrakasia Tapas Competition' kicks off in Auckland at the end of this month. During the fiery heats chefs from here and across the Tasman battle it out for the title. Not only will the winner receive huge kudos, they'll be flown to Spain to compete in the World Tapas Champs.
