Now, several years later, Bravo sees more than a man behaving badly. In her provocative new book, she describes an ecosystem she says they both did their part to sustain. Bravo examines her own actions, questioning why she would undermine her own potential and that of other women tolerate the bad behavior Charlie Rose felt intitled to engage in.
