Parents, Katherine Martinko feels your pain. She's a Canadian author and journalist trying to minimize the time her family spends on screens at home. She works to make sure the childhood of her three sons looks like her own, dominated by time playing outside, riding bikes to friends' houses and reading comic books in a hammock in the back garden. She shares her strategies for curbing screen time on her Substack, The Analog family.
