There's nothing nicer than getting into a freshly laundered, beautifully made bed. And while many of us may be a bit slack about making our own, for hospitality staff, it is an artform. An artform, that is about to be recognised. Next month, an inaugural competition is being held at the Nelson Bowling Club to find the best bed maker in the region. It's the brainchild of Fraser Weir, owner of Admirals Motor Inn and he talks to Jesse Mulligan about the importance of triple sheeting.
