Kelvin Davis insists he was aware of prison population projections

Corrections Minister Kelvin Davis first suggested on RNZ this morning that he didn't know prison population forecasts when he made the decision not to go ahead with a mega prison at Waikeria - but that didn't stay his position for very long.
