Parents at a decile one school in Auckland say they're willing to throw their support behind this week's mega-teachers strike, despite not being paid much themselves. Helena Tanuvasa, who chairs the board at May Road School in Mount Roskill, tells Checkpoint why she's on the teachers' side.
