PM downplays reshuffle while National announces its own

As Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern prepares to announce her first reshuffle in two days' time, the National Party leader has sprung a surprise one of his own after senior MP Amy Adams announced she will quit her Selwyn seat at the 2020 election.
