Compass Housing 'fulfilled responsibilities' to dying resident

The housing provider of a former prisoner who died after deteriorating in squalid conditions says it's confident it fulfilled its duties. Compass Housing's General Manager Bernadette Pinnell says its staff went to check on notorious bank robber Leslie Green on October the 17th. They say they spoke to him but didn't go into the unit, and didn't realise how bad his situation was.
