A $58 million deal signed between the Crown and an iwi housing provider today is promising to make the dream of home ownership more achievable for Māori.
It plans to deliver a minimum of 170 affordable rental homes and more than 30 progressive-ownership properties in Taranaki, Tokoroa, Blenheim, Thames and Tāmaki Makaurau.
