Former All Blacks prop Owen Franks hasn't played test rugby for three years but he's not giving up hope of adding to his 108 test career.
Franks played 150 games for the Crusaders and is now set to make his debut for the Hurricanes this weekend.
The two-time World Cup winner joined the Hurricanes from English club Northampton where went after missing out on the 2019 World Cup squad.
Franks says his desire to play at the top level has not waned.
