Cyclist Olivia Podmore's mother Nienke Middleton told Checkpoint she is impressed with Cycling NZ's response to the newly-released damning report.
"They do seem sincere and wanting to address those issues. So hopefully it can they can deliver on that.
"They basically do seem to be acknowledging... that there does need to be change, and there's certainly a lot of things they need to do better."
She said athlete wellness needs to be prioritised.
