A former ACC employee who won a compensation case for being bullied on the job is appalled the manager responsible appears to have been promoted.
In a first, ACC must compensate a former worker for the depression and anxiety she suffered there.
But an organisational chart provided to RNZ shows the manager has been seconded to what looks to be an executive-level position. Amy Williams reports.
