Disappointment with Palmerston North Hospital's mental health ward

Relatives of two patients who died of suspected suicides at Palmerston North Hospital's mental health ward are disappointed by how long it's taking to replace the facility and the length of time it's taking coroners to investigate. Checkpoint can also reveal there was another suspected suicide at the troubled unit early last year; months after a new ward was originally supposed to open.
