At-risk children no safer now than they were 3 years ago

At-risk children are no safer now than they were nearly three years ago, after the horrific death of 5 year old Malachi Subecz. This is according to a new report, that followed up on recommendations made in the wake of the brutal abuse and eventual murder of Malachi by his so called carer Michaela Barribal in 2021.
