Trump campaign distances itself from racist remarks made at rally
The Trump campaign has distanced itself from racist remarks made at a rally in the democratic stronghold state of New York. The New York native took the stage in Madison Square Garden yesterday - announcing a plan for tax breaks for family caregivers, dubbing Kamala Harris a "very low IQ individual" and vowing to launch the "largest deportation program in American history." However, the former president's speech was overshadowed by a comedian who called Puerto Rico, a US territory, a "floating island of garbage" creating major backlash against the Trump Campaign. United States correspondent Todd Zwillich spoke to Lisa Owen.
