Pennsylvania tipping Trumps way in votes

Correspondent Ira Spitzer was in Philadelphia at a Donald Trump watch party and spoke to Lisa Owen about how despite comments at the Trump rally about Puerto Rico - the exit poll is showing Trump is doing way better than here than last time and how the CNN poll showed 33 percent of voters in Pennsylvania said democracy was the most important issue, followed by the economy at 30 percent and Abortion back at 15 percent.
