Former teacher's recovery could be undone to changes to disability funding

Four years after falling ill in the Cook Islands while teaching there, Grace Archer is making determined progress on her recovery. She suffered a brain stem infection that led to a series of other complications that nearly killed her. After intensive therapy, the former primary teacher's speech is now improving. But now all that progress could be undone because of changes to disability funding - which has thrown her speech therapy, physiotherapy and psychology sessions into doubt. Reporter Jimmy Ellingham has the story.
