Lawsuit filed over 'ineffective' cold and flu medicines

Law firm JGA Saddler is bringing a class action lawsuit against pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson, after starting a similar case in Australia last year. It alleges 17 different cold and flu medicines containing phenylephrine, don't work when swallowed and that the company has put profit before people - with millions likely wasted by Kiwis on these products.
