Country Life is in a secret location in the centre of the North Island digging under pine trees for ginseng, a root which is prized in traditional Chinese medicine. The team is also at the only commercial orchard left in the Waitaki Valley, and as part of the 25 Years of Country Life celebration there's a step back in time to a pig hunting competition in steep Taranaki hill country.
